BLACK RAVEN
Our dive boat is a military "200-boat" and we are renovating most of it. The inside now have a nice area for 12 divers to eat, log, talk and warm up. There is also room for divers to sleep onboard. Kitchen is fully equipped, we have a barbeque on deck and a pizza oven! Of course we have a toilet onboard. Your easily keep your divegear stationed on the benches on the top deck. We also have a seating area for you to have a coffe out in the sun between the dives.
Black Raven Dive Club is by and for divers that come from all different diving organisations. We like to think that the attitude towards the diving and the ocean is the most important thing. We invite You to be a part of our club and enjoy all the diving outside Lysekil and inside the unique fjord here. Just being on this fantastic boat out among all the small islands is truly a wonderful feeling.

200 TROOP TRANSPORT VESSEL
Black Raven is a old Swedish military vessel used in the navy from 1960-1990. Its main purpose was to transport troops. Inside the main area 40 soldiers was seated and the boat could drive up on land to let the troops out. When the 200-boats was sold out to the public they cleaned out isolation, electricity and engines and put in new.
Outside Lysekil there are plenty of small island and numerous divesites. We have diving for entry level down to technical diving. Lysekil really has something to offer for all divers!
This old photo showes how the boat was used by the military back in the days. The troops jumped out from the front on to the cliffs.
We will paint the hull in a camouflage pattern and put some of the logos from our sponsors on it to. When we got the boat it was painted blue.
